PATS LEGACY

Pat an I have known each other for over 50 yrs, high school than started dating, going to Ships parties at Brooklyn navy yard and getting married Oct. 6, 1963. THE HAPPY TIMES AN PARTIES NEVER STOPPED. Family getoghers, boating, ski trips, vacations with our friends I still hear Pats laughter now.. Some of the best time of our lives, but as life has it there are changes. I want to share with you some of her life experiences.

Pat was diagnosed with Brain cancer Oct 19, 2010, the most devastating news we ever had.

Pat never said “WHY ME” Pat said you know Jack we have been so blessed our whole life, we had good health, wonderful caring family and friends this is just a BUMP IN THE ROAD .

PATS FAITH IN GOD, INNER STRENGTH,  AND COURAGE WAS SOMETHING I WILL NEVER FORGET, AN WISH I HAD HALF OF IT.

Pat was a person you could count on no matter what If you needed help or just for her to listen she was there for you, Her mom and dad, my sister, just a few examples of her true compassion. How ironic to become a Hospice volunteer. Never put herself first or complained. Not shy to say her piece whether you wanted to hear or not, believe me I contest to that an so can our children.

Family an friends made her the happiest. Tom, Kelly, Eddie and Kelly made Pats and my dreams come true, the fabulous 4, Kyle, Sara, Jacklyn and Jordan. Pat loved making them clothes, teaching to sew doing crafts making special cakes sleep overs an most of all the special Grand kid vacations.

This is Pat an how she should be remembered and loved. There is so much more to her life that made me a very happy and content man.

All I can say now is The finest thing I’ve ever done is simply loving you

I WILL LOVE PAT UNTIL I TAKE MY FINAL BREATH.

Jack
