We want to thank the staff at Alexander Rothwell Funeral Home. My mother recently passed away and they were very professional in manner but at the same time kind, understanding, thoughtful and accommoding to our specific needs. It's a very overwhelming time when you lose a loved one and things can be confusing, but the staff was patient and helped us figure things out along the way. We would not hesitate to use them in the future if need be.

The staff at Alexander Rothwell were absolutely incredible to our family. Being close to Calverton, they're experts in military services, and this was of paramount importance to us as our father was a Marine. From the initial call to our in-person consultation with Bill we felt cared for and trusted them implicitly— we can not say how important that was to us during a busy time both in our own grief and managing the logistics of both the service and the family's coming together. The handling of our father's transport, appearance and of course the beautiful service by Ken, both at the funeral home and at the cemetery, exceeded expectations, as well as the behind the scenes logistical work by Patti. Everyone there treated us with such comfort and care, but also kept us on task and practical. They were flexible, fairly priced, and never pushed us to do more than we wanted, while offering guidance as we needed and asked. The day could not have gone more perfectly because of them. We will remember the staff fondly as they are woven forever into the memorial of our father.
