Regina Joan Cygan, after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on March 19, 2023. Regina was a proud retired Registered Nurse. She was a loving, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, leaving behind her husband of over 50 years, Gary Cygan, son, Gary Cygan II, daughter, Alicia Hammel, brother, Daniel Bealey, grandchildren who she adored, numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and friends, all who she loved unconditionally. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Bealey, her mother, Alice Bealey, and her siblings, Eileen Rabusch, Karen Prezobowski, Joseph Bealey and Paul Bealey.
Regina was a God fearing, sweet and gentle soul. She loved her family with every fiber of her being and she went above and beyond to show that love.
Reposing March 31st 2pm-4pm, and 7pm-9pm, at Alexander-Rothwell located at 6447 Route 25A Wading River NY 11792. Celebration of Mass April 1st at 10am at St. John The Baptist RC Church, 1488 North Country Road, Wading River, NY 11792. Burial immediately to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735
