Philip J. Massimino

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Philip J. Massimino at the age of 72 on June 26, 2024, at his home. Born on July 22, 1951, in Queens, NY, to Philip Massimino and Helen Fina, Philip was a cherished father of three, grandfather of five, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a source of strength, kindness, and compassion to all who knew him.

Philip's life was devoted to his family, and he was celebrated for his exceptional skills as a gardener, wood carver, and Lego Master. He is survived by his loving wife, Geraldine Cox, his daughters, Kera and Katlyn McGrann (Thomas), and his son, Phillip Massimino (Paola).

A memorial service will be held on July 5, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Alexander-Rothwell Funeral Home, 6447 Route 25A, Wading River, NY 11792.

Philip will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His enduring legacy of love and dedication to family and friends will forever be in our hearts.
