Mary Hellmers Morse

Mary Hellmers Morse, age 98 of Ridge, passed away on August 30, 2022.  Wife of the Late Corrado E. Morse. Beloved mother of Terry (Morse) Klein (Stan), Christine (Morse) Cathey (Paul). Loving grandmother of Kristin (Wolff) LaMonica, Sasha (Wolff) Yazedjian, Sean Cathey, Ryan Cathey, Erin (Cathey) Cheung. Cherished great-grandmother of Avery, Max, Troy, and Jocelyn. Cherished aunt of Joan, Nora, Douglas, James, Robert, Patricia, Donna and Kurt. Mary was a member of St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church as a Eucharistic Minister and on the Baptismal Committee. She was a member of the Leisure Woman's Golf Club, Par 3 Golf. She volunteered with the L.V. Administration, condo manager, Longwood Library, American Legion Auxillary, and Leisure Computer Club. 
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 4, 2022, from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, with a Prayer Service, at Alexander-Rothwell Funeral Home, located at 6447 Route 25A, Wading River, NY. Interment will take place on Monday, September 5, 2022, time is pending,  at Calverton National Cemetery, where Mary will be with her husband, Corrado.
