Dorothy Kern

Dorothy Kern was born in 1942 in Manhattan New  York. She would stay with her grandma often during the summers on Long Island in Ridge. When she got married in 1960, she decided to buy the house next to her grandmother.

She worked for many years as a security guard and finally retired at the age of 73.  Once she retired, she enjoyed working in her greenhouse and gardening. One of her most favorite things to do was to spend time with her boyfriend, Tom. She was a beloved mother of 7, grandmother of 13, Great grandmother of 1 , Aunt and Girlfriend. She has touched many lives in her 83 years. May God protect her and keep her while she’s in her golden Palace in heaven
