Donna M. Kalistinsky, 68, of Selden, NY, passed away on February 8, 2026, at St. Charles Hospital, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born in Brooklyn to Lorraine and Frank Collins, Donna lived a life defined by devotion—to her family, to her work, and to the people she cared for. She spent her career dedicated to the family business, C&C Packaging, where her strong work ethic and unmistakable presence left a lasting mark. Though small in stature, Donna was known for her big personality, her loud and joyful spirit, and the way she filled every room with energy. Above all, she cherished her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
Donna is survived by her husband, Joseph Kalistinsky; her children Kelly Kalistinsky, Amanda Kolm (Shane), and Joseph Kalistinsky; and her beloved grandchildren Kaitlyn Jenkins, Brayden Kolm, and Kayla Kolm. She is also survived by her brothers Frank Collins (Helane) and Robert Collins (Judy); her nephew Robert, her nieces Tiffany, Jessica Mancini (Dennis) and Beth Collins; and her great‑nephews Ryan, Bryson, and Michael. She was predeceased by her parents, Lorraine and Frank Collins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13th, from 2–4 PM and 7–9 PM at Alexander-Rothwell Funeral Home, 6447 Route 25A, Wading River. A funeral Mass will follow at St. John the Baptist Church in Wading River, with a private cremation to take place afterward.
Donna’s legacy lives on in the family she loved fiercely and the countless memories she created with them. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
