Corinne Ann Condzella-Dalton, passed away on May 1, 2026, in Little River, South Carolina, after a long battle with illness. She was 70 years old.
Born on January 8, 1956, in Riverhead, New York, Corinne was the daughter of Corinne Smith and the late William Condzella. She grew up with a strong sense of family, faith, and compassion that remained with her throughout her life. Those who knew her remember her for her gentle spirit, her warm heart, and the steady care she gave to others in both ordinary and difficult moments.
Corinne attended Port Jefferson High School, where she formed friendships and memories that stayed with her for life. She carried the values of hard work, loyalty, and perseverance into adulthood, and she brought those qualities to every role she held. Her life was marked by devotion to her family and by a quiet strength that inspired those around her.
Corinne was retired from her work as an operating room coordinator at Peconic Bay Medical Center, where she was respected for her professionalism, reliability, and compassionate nature. She took pride in supporting the medical team and helping ensure that patients received care with dignity and attention. Her coworkers and colleagues valued her steady presence and her willingness to help wherever she was needed.
Corinne moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in 2008. On May 11, 2010, Corinne married William Dalton, a retired NYPD police detective, and together they shared a loving marriage filled with companionship, devotion, and mutual support. Their relationship was a source of joy and comfort, and they built a life together grounded in faith, family, and enduring love. She was a devoted wife and a cherished partner whose presence brought warmth to her home.
Corinne is survived by her husband, William Dalton; her mother, Corinne Smith; her children, James, Brandon, Sean and Corinne; her grandchildren, James, Corinne, Sophia, and Emma; and her siblings, Jeanne, William, and Ginger. She was preceded in death by her father, William Condzella. Her family was the center of her life, and she treasured each of them deeply. She found great happiness in being surrounded by those she loved and in witnessing the growth and accomplishments of her children and grandchildren.
Corinne Ann Condzella-Dalton will be remembered for the love she gave, the kindness she showed, and the steadfast faith with which she lived her life. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will carry forward the many beautiful memories she created.
Visitation will take place on Friday, May 8, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Alexander-Rothwell Funeral Home, located at 6447 Route 25A, Wading River, NY. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, May 9, at 10:00 AM at St. John the Baptist RC Church, located at 1488 N Country Road, Wading River, NY. A Burial will take place following mass at 11:15 AM at Wading River Cemetery, located at 2289 N Wading River Rd, Wading River, NY.
