Anthony McCarthy

Anthony McCarthy of Shoreham, NY was welcomed into heaven on December 22, 2022.  Anthony was born on May 13, 1952 to Charles and Alice McCarthy in Stuyvesant Town, NY.    Anthony will always be united in heart and spirit with his wife, Grace, sons Liam (Felicia Cervini) and Connor, daughter Kallie,  grandson Eli,  sisters Barbara McCarthy, Edie Quinn (Steve), Ronnie Knickerbocker (Peter), brothers Dan (Terri),  Chuck (Anne) and Robbie (Marla Peck),  many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and lifelong friends.  
Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, brother Danny, and daughter, Kallie.

After receiving  his BS degree from CW Post, Anthony continued working on his master in psychology  at  St. Johns University before returning full time to the family printing business, Cathedral Art Printing, (later CAC printing). From the Northport Tennis Club to  wild stories around the dining room table, from golf outings to sailing and fishing excursions around Northport harbor, from helping people move to driving his nieces to school, from soccer games to snowmen, to lakefront dinners at sunset,  Anthony   always had a contagious sense of humor,  he loved taking care of people, and he would lovingly radiate his whole inner being through his music. Anthony touched so many lives.  His  influence on us will live on in our hearts helping to shape generations to come.

Most importantly we are eternally grateful for Anthony's compassionate loving care of our sweet sister Lori.
