Interment for Andrew Hutnikoff will be held on Monday November 25, 2024, at 10:30AM at Calverton National Cemetery.

Andrew Hutnikoff passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, November 21. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Gloria, and his brother, Stephen.

Andrew is survived by his son, Andrew (Linda), and their three children: Cheryl, Drew (Christine), and Elizabeth (Gordon). He is also survived by his daughter, Lori (Jim), and her two sons: Brian (Sara), with their three children, Hannah, Nathan, and Jacob; and Peter (Melissa). He is also survived by his nephew, Steve.

Andrew and Gloria were high school sweethearts who married in 1951. They settled in Wading River, NY, where they built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Early in their marriage, they enjoyed traveling but agreed that Wading River held their hearts.

In their golden years, Andrew and Gloria found the greatest joy in their home, surrounded by family, friends, and the beauty of God’s creation. They delighted in the trees, flowers, birds, deer, turkeys, squirrels, hedgehogs, and chipmunks that graced their lives.

Andrew’s legacy of love and connection will be carried on by his family and all who were fortunate to know him.
